The School Resource Manager is a privately operated tool designed to organise educational files into grade, subject, and resource-type folders and, when configured, upload eligible resources to the operator’s Google Drive.
How it works
- Processes files placed in a designated incoming folder.
- Uses file information and text extraction to help classify resources.
- Keeps uncertain items in a separate review or unclassified location.
- Intends to keep memorandums, marking guides, answer keys, and solutions out of learner-facing folders.
Uploads to Google Drive are only performed when the service is configured and authorised by its operator.

The service is intended for private use by its operator. This website does not provide access to stored school resources.
